Tom Ricketts is the Executive Chairman of the Chicago Cubs and the Ricketts Family, owners of the Chicago Cubs since 2009. Under his leadership, the organization ended a 108-year World Series championship drought in 2016 while transforming Wrigley Field and building one of Major League Baseball's premier organizations.
