Let’s take a look at
our highlights of 2025!

By the Numbers

Our Business Park experienced a strong year of economic vitality and engagement, marked by a low 2.4% Vacancy Rate that underscores the continued demand for our commercial spaces. This momentum is supported by the Village’s $29 million investment over the past five years, in infrastructure and community improvements, including the resurfacing of 2.2 miles of roadway.

We reinforced our commitment to partnership with local businesses through the celebration of 14 Ribbon Cuttings and conducted 10 Ambassador Visits in 2025. These touchpoints provided valuable, direct opportunities to connect with businesses, better understand their needs, and strategically support Elk Grove’s vibrant business community.

Coming Soon

The Vue development project is roaring ahead, creating a vibrant new hub for the community! The 983-foot-long pedestrian bridge, complete with access ramps, is currently taking shape and will provide passage to Busse Woods Forest Preserve when it opens in 2026.

Making Strides in 2025

We fostered new connections and collaboration at our first-ever Beers & Brokers event at Mikerphone Brewery, bringing together brokers and Village leaders to discuss exciting development opportunities.

Adoption of the new Village Code marked a major update designed to streamline regulations, enhance clarity for businesses and residents, and modernize operational standards.

The community also gathered to share updates and highlight the previous year’s major achievements at the annual State of the Village Luncheon. Mark your calendars for this year’s event on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
