Elk Grove Village is proud to welcome Nu-Way Industries, Inc. to its new 260,000 sq. ft. headquarters at 2301 Lunt Avenue. A family-owned precision metal fabricating and assembly company, Nu-Way specializes in crafting custom metal parts and products for a variety of industries. As part of their move to Elk Grove Village, Nu-Way is bringing 250+ full-time jobs, with plans to add 10-30 additional positions as operations grow. 

Nu-Way is investing over $9 million to modernize the facility on Lunt, including upgrading the building’s façade and landscaping, upgrading the electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and adding a new sprinkler/fire system. The revamped layout will optimize efficiency for its advanced manufacturing lines.

Founded in 1968 as a small welding shop, Nu-Way has grown into a leader in custom manufacturing, renowned for delivering products from concept to completion. Their expertise includes: 

  • Custom Laser Welding: Developed solutions for producing 20,000 speed cook ovens for a leading food service innovator, including platforms for high-end residential ovens and pizza ovens.
